I remember when my grandma was alive and she was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease which has no cure. It is known as brain disorder in which it destroys brain cells that cause problems with memory so also thinking and behavior which is severe enough to affect work and lifelong hobbies or social life. My grandma cannot identify her children, she calls them her friends. My mom and her siblings just cry and understand her situation.
And so if you have loved ones that are suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, better invite them to join Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk®. It is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research. They are calling on volunteers for all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. The so called Alzheimer's Memory Walk is a 2-3 mile walk held on a weekend morning in the fall. And so let’s move a nation without Alzheimer’s disease.
