I remember when my grandma was alive and she was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease which has no cure. It is known as brain disorder in which it destroys brain cells that cause problems with memory so also thinking and behavior which is severe enough to affect work and lifelong hobbies or social life. My grandma cannot identify her children, she calls them her friends. My mom and her siblings just cry and understand her situation.

My daughter Kyla is sick since yesterday. We don’t know why because she has no colds and cough. But this morning she is complaining that her throat is in pain when she eats. I think it is tonsillitis that’s why she has high fever that alarms and rattle us because it has a tendency that she will have convulsion or seizure as inherited from me. Grrr! I hate when it attacks because it makes us fluster. Now, I gave her an antibiotic for her tonsillitis. I thanked God because she eats well and drinks her milk. Please guys pray for my daughter’s health that she gets well soon.

Last week, I attended a wedding of Jen, my cousin’s best friend. Jen’s husband is from South Carolina who is a doctor of medicine. It was a very expensive wedding, maybe one of the most expensive and glamorous wedding I’ve attended in my whole life. We were so entertained with the program prepared at the reception. Dayana Mendoza of Venezuela was crowned 2008 Miss Universe held earlier today, July 14 (Philippine time), in Nha Trang, Vietnam. She replaced last year's winner Riyo Mori of Japan.

 
Miss Venezuela bested other 79 contestants to bag this year's crown. The 22-year-old beauty was once kidnapped in her homeland and says the experience taught her to remain poised under pressure. Dayana is the fifth Venezuelan to win Miss Universe.

Hubby is so busy and he decided to bring his PC and editing tools in his house. He will not be hassle on going to our shop in downtown area for now but he will be working in the comfy of his home. He needs to finish the AVP and edit the prenuptial shoot done last Tuesday and Wednesday that will be shown this coming July 16. The wedding will be in Gensan and they will be there by Tuesday before the wedding day. I am busy too because I have so many opps to finish this weekend because next week is the payday. Yeah! I will be counting bucks for sure. I thank you Lord for all the blessings. I hope and pray that God will help us finish our work in time.

I’m a fan of Jackie Chan since I am still young until now. I like the way he kick off his enemy with his long leg. Just like his classic movies Police Story 1 and 2. Jackie Chan modernized the martial arts genre for good in Asia. He was Ka Kui who is up against the henchmen of the dying kingpin and also against from a group of young bombmaking terrorists who try to extort money by threatening to blow stuff up. I love watching this movie again and again in my Aunt’s house for it is unique and very realistic.
